2010 – 2011 Scholarship Application
DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ALL REQUIRED
INFORMATION IS APRIL 1, 2010
Steps to take when applying for scholarship:
1. Complete the following on-line application and click the "Submit" button or print out an application from the link at the bottom of this page to complete and send in to the IFRA office.
2. All applicants must also open this High School Records Request Form Link, print the document, fill out the top portion and have your guidance counselor complete the bottom portion and return to IFRA at the address provided. A high school record is needed regardless of the applicant’s year in college.
3. If you are a college student, obtain a current official transcript of your grades from the college you are attending and mail it or have it mailed by the college to the IFRA office.
Note: A grade report is not an official transcript.
Remember: All Applicants are responsible for making sure that all required documents reach the IFRA office. Make sure you or your guidance counselor returns all required information by April 1, 2010.

Activities
List activities in which you have participated (school clubs, student government, publications, varsity or club sports, theater arts, Scouting, 4-H, etc.). Indicate each academic year involved in each activity as follows: 1-High School Freshman, 2-High School Sophomore, 3-High School Junior, 4-High School Senior, 5-College Freshman, 6-College Sophomore, 7-College Junior. Please define any acronyms.
Community Service
List community agencies or oganizations in which you have participated WITHOUT PAY during the last three years (religious groups, hospital volunteer, cultural acitivities, outreach programs, etc.). Indicate the total amount of hours in the past three years. Please define any acronyms.
Work Experience
List work experience for the last three jobs that you have held. Indicate the number of years spent on the job and an approximate number of hours worked each week.
