Educational Programs
Food Safety is more critical than ever and the consequences of improper sanitation practices are severe. IFRA is committed to assist members any way possible to comply with state and local sanitation requirements.
The Illinois Food Retailers Association is offering both the initial 15-Hour Food Service Sanitation Certificate Course and the 5-Hour Sanitation Certificate Refresher Course in the many areas throughout the state. The Corporate Training Center, Ltd. who specializes in food service sanitation training, will conduct these classes.
