Illinois Food Handler Training


Employees that work with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food contact surfaces should register for the Food Handler Training.

Below is the link to the food handler training and assessment program. This effective low cost online program meets all the requirements of the state certification program.

Certified Food Protection Manager Training


The Illinois Department of Public Health requires that all food service establishments that prepare and serve food will be required to have a certified food protection manager on the premises at all times food is being handled.

The Illinois Food Retailers Association is offering the ANSI Approved 8-Hour Certified Food Protection Manager Certification Courses throughout the state.

Cost includes instruction materials, and exam.The certification exam is administered the same day, immediately following the instruction training.

In order that we may have adequate course materials available for each class, you must pre-register.

Chicago Area Online Training
